Quick Pick operates as a liquidation store offering merchandise at discounted liquidation prices. Because of the nature of liquidation inventory, please carefully review each product listing before purchasing.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Quick Pick are final.

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Change-of-mind cancellations

  • Refund requests based on preference or product condition already disclosed in the listing

Please carefully review the product description, photos, condition information, included components, and any disclosed defects before completing your purchase.

2. Liquidation Merchandise

Our inventory may include:

  • Brand-new merchandise

  • Open-box products

  • Overstock merchandise

  • Customer returns

  • Used merchandise

  • Discontinued products

  • Products with damaged or replacement packaging

Some items may contain cosmetic imperfections, defects, missing accessories, damaged packaging, or other inconsistencies.

We make reasonable efforts to disclose known issues or missing components in the product listing whenever possible.

Because liquidation merchandise can vary from one individual unit to another, the condition of an item may differ from a brand-new retail product.

4. Listing Inconsistencies

If you receive an item and believe there is a significant inconsistency between the item received and the specific Quick Pick listing, please contact us as soon as possible.

Although all sales are final, we will review legitimate concerns and make reasonable efforts to assist when appropriate.

Submitting a concern does not automatically guarantee a refund, return, or exchange.
